To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health.. Buyer has 48 hours to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. . If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to have a life threatening genetic condition, it can be returned immediately for a refund of the purchase price. This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian stating the life threatening condition. After 48 hours, I will not be responsible for this puppy in any way.
Breeder will not replace or refund for any reason but not limited to allergy, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, family disagreement or any other problems not related to health of the puppy. Nor for a puppy’s illness caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. No warranty or guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, quality, reproductive ability, trachea problems, luxating patella, jaw problems, retained testicles or hernias. Breeder will not be liable for any expenses including but not limited to any veterinary bills . No refund or replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until an autopsy is performed to determine cause of death. Such an autopsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures such as A & M University. Autopsies performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted. All expenses will be paid by the buyer of the pup. The autopsy will accompany any request for replacement or refund. This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect, or if the buyer fails to complete vaccinations, worming and puppy checks with a qualified veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia. These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your soil or boarding facility. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from two weeks of age until your possession. It is your responsibility to continue to worm your puppy and check for parasites. Your pup should be wormed every two weeks until it is placed on a monthly heartworm preventative . Internal flea preventatives are not acceptable and voids your guarantee. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This condition is not hereditary and is very preventable. If you have not been supplied with information on this condition, please ask for it. This guarantee is non-transferable.Please furnish your veterinarian with a copy of your puppy’s shot record.Duplicate vaccinations can be fatal to a small puppy. Vaccination must be no less than three weeks apart and no more than four weeks apart for a series of three. Rabies vaccines cannot be administered before 16 weeks of age. If you allow your veterinarian to do any of these vaccinations too early, your guarantee is void. AKC papers, health record, vet records and any other registry papers must accompany any claims on this guarantee. Our goal is to produce healthy, quality pets that will become loving members of your family for years to come.
